How it Works
Trigger this experience through a weblink sent by SMS. Customer selects which claim to view progress and detailed information. Add integrations with your claims management system to pre-fill customer inputs and send real-time updates back to your systems.
The intended use case for this app is for a customer to text a provider to check on claim status. When previewing, start on the messaging icon of the phone and type anything in "check my claim", for instance. The app will then return data for two different claims for the same demo user. You can choose which of the two claims you want to get status on.
